Like the token no ,if we get it with the online booking and a chambers mobile number just to contact the local authority of the chamber to make sure the appointment was successful and also a valid assurance that the same doctor will attend us on the scheduled time. You're the 3rd party, sometimes it happens that due to confusion or ill communication the booking becomes problematic. So , its better to add a local number of the chamber for realtime info and other help.
