I had faced a problem with the online booking system...In the receipt it was mentioned that no need to carry the printed form of the receipt to save trees but when we reached they are looking for the printed receipt and for this I had to search a xerox shop for atleast 30 minutes as it was morning time and all the shops were closed. After this one of the staff told me that okay I will manage ....If you can manage than please don't do this it's a request and if you need the receipt in printed form than ask it before and please don't mention it that no need to carry printed receipt to save trees . Thank you...Rest all are satisfactory.
